Nichole Vaughan is making a return to the keyboard for the Spring ‘25 season after two rough seasons in 2024 where she was sidelined early on for a creativity injury caused by trying to be too objective while in grad school. She’s chosen an unconventional rehab route, mostly muttering to her plants and wildflowers whenever she sees them. “Whoever named January 1st the new year didn’t get it right. It has to be spring when everything that was uptight and dull becomes open and bright, including ME!” she said while thumping her chest in front of her computer and looking at ranunculus on her table.
